Welcome to Islamabad Cars Rental (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service in accordance with applicable laws of Pakistan.
1. Eligibility
- Customers must be at least 18 years old
- A valid CNIC and driving license (for self-drive rentals) is required
- You confirm that all information provided is true and correct under Pakistani law
2. Booking Policy
- Bookings are subject to availability of vehicles
- The company reserves the right to accept or reject any booking without providing a reason
- Booking confirmation is only valid after written or verbal confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or email
3. Payment Terms
- Advance payment or security deposit may be required
- Full payment must be made before vehicle handover
- Prices may vary depending on season, fuel costs, or vehicle demand
All payments are subject to mutual agreement between customer and company.
4. Vehicle Usage Rules
Customers agree:
- To use the vehicle only for lawful purposes under Pakistani law
- Not to use the vehicle for illegal, criminal, or prohibited activities
- Not to sub-rent or transfer the vehicle to any third party
- To return the vehicle in the same condition
Any violation may result in legal action under applicable laws of Pakistan.
5. Traffic Violations & Damages
- The customer is fully responsible for traffic fines, challans, tolls, or penalties
- Any damage caused during the rental period will be charged to the customer
- In case of accident, the customer must immediately inform the company and local authorities (if required)
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance
- Late cancellation may result in partial or no refund
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection and mutual agreement
Refunds are subject to deduction of operational or booking charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under Pakistani law:
- The company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings
- We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or government restrictions
- Use of rented vehicles is at the customer’s own risk
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service delays or failures due to:
- Natural disasters
- Political instability
- Strikes, roadblocks, or government actions
9. Legal Compliance
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan, including traffic regulations and contractual obligations.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
